Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase of canine or equine skin care products YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST TO REQUEST A REFUND within 45 days from date of purchase by going to www.dogandhorsecare.com and use the contact form or write to us at denterprise@juno.com to let us know the reason why and we will provide you with an address to return all bottles. Bottles must contain partial product. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the purchase price but we cannot refund original shipping charges. Shipping charges as well as a 10% fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. Your satisfaction is important. Please contact us by email with any questions or comments you have.  We will reply to your e-mail the same day it is received.

Shipping Policy

Your canine and equine skin products will be shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground within 72 hours after placing your order on our website.  All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday unless it is a holiday. Then your order will be shipped the next available business day. This shipping schedule does not include weekends and holidays. Please add 1-2 days if you place your order on a weekend or a holiday.
UPS will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

All canine and equine orders are shipped out of Sutter Creek, California and will take a minimum of 7 Business days to get to you unless you live in California or a few of the surrounding states. If you want to receive your products within 5 Business days you must select 3-day shipping from the methods available on the checkout page. Unless you place your order by 10:00 a.m. your order will not be picked up by UPS until the next business day. We are not responsible for UPS delivery handleing but will file a complaint if needed.
